SIA adds Carbis Loadtec as New Associate Member

The Solvents Industry Association is delighted to announce the addition of Carbis Loadtec Group Limited to their growing list of Associate Members.

Carbis Loadtec Group, based outside of Ashford Kent, specialises in bulk fluid transfer within the Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Beverage industries, focusing on road & rail tankers and IBC & Drum filling.  This covers the whole operation from the loading arm, metering package to safe tanker access.  Carbis Loadtec, formerly Loadtec Engineered Systems, was established originally in 1996 and has continually supplied innovative, high quality loading solutions, to clients around the world, who are looking to safely handle liquids at the only point where they leave the process plant and come into direct contact with the environment and operators.

Carbis Loadtec Managing Director, Alec Keeler said, “Membership of the SIA is important to a company such as ours.  We welcome the opportunity to learn about other companies experiences and to discuss and discover how these liquids are handled, while minimising environmental impact and maximising safety.  We look forward to participating and learning.”

SIA General Secretary, Andrew Norman said, “We are delighted to have Carbis Loadtec on board. I am certain that they will be making a significant contribution to our Technical Committee to help to drive home the importance of safer working”.
